I worked as a case manager for an attorneys office located in Massachusets, USA.
It was a temporary work experience that helped understand the law-side of auto-insurance demands.
I gained further knowledge in the auto-insurance area as well as its terminologies.

I worked as a Trainer Lead for “Aspire General Insurance”, a company located in California, USA.
It was a great experience that definitely helped me to improve my analytical and communicative skills.
I acquired extensive knowledge in different areas by managing large groups of people in different countries such as: Philippines, Mexico, Peru and USA.
I built from scratch a knowledge base, as well as a new competent training format for the area.
